The Student Branch empowers our students to: • Build strong technical competence through workshops, hackathons, and technical events. • Engage in research, publications, and projects addressing real-world challenges. • Develop teamwork, leadership, and entrepreneurship skills. • Uphold ethical values and social responsibility while pursuing global recognition. • Participate in international IEEE competitions, scholarships, and leadership programs. Leadership The Student Branch at TKRCET is guided by Student Branch Counselor – Mrs. K Naga Maha Lakshmi Assistant Professor, CSE Department and is led by Student Branch Chair – Ms. Medha Banda, IV CSE student supported by a dedicated team of student officers. Together, they ensure that the branch remains a hub of excellence, innovation, and student empowerment. IEEE Societies at TKRCET Along with the Student Branch, TKRCET hosts several active IEEE Societies that provide specialized platforms for student growth in different domains: • IEEE CAS–RAS Joint Chapter (Circuits & Systems + Robotics & Automation) – advancing innovation in circuits, systems, robotics, and automation technologies. • IEEE PELS Society (Power Electronics Society) – driving advancements in power electronics, drives, electric mobility, and renewable integration. Together, the IEEE Student Branch and its Societies at TKRCET create an ecosystem where students are inspired to learn, innovate, and lead globally, making a lasting contribution to technology and society.
